Sir Roger Fry CBE D Litt
Roger Fry was born in Portsmouth and educated in England before entering the teaching profession. In the late 1960’s he moved to Spain and in 1969 founded King’s College, The British School of Madrid. He subsequently founded six other schools in three countries: The United Kingdom, Spain and Panama.
In 1981 he founded the British Hispanic Foundation in Madrid
From 1996 to 2011 he was chairman of the Council of British International Schools and is now its President.
In 2012 he was awarded a knighthood for his services to UK Education Internationally and to UK-Spain Cultural Relations.

Trevor Rowell is Chairman of COBIS. Educated at Oxford and Cambridge universities, he has taught in a UK boarding school, led a high-performing comprehensive school, been principal of a UK sixth form college, and headmaster of an international school in Bermuda. As CEO he led the expansion of six British international schools in The Netherlands until 2008, and now works as a consultant for British international schools, while lobbying government on the value of British education as an export. He was elected FRSA in 1994, is a director of the UK Independent Schools Council and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors.

Iñigo Sagardoy de Simón, born in Madrid, Spain, on 19th October 1968. Member of the College of Lawyers of Madrid since 1992.

Professor of Employment Law at the University Francisco de Vitoria. Employment Law Lecturer in the Master's Degree in Employment Law Practice offered by the Fundación Sagardoy. Program of Instruction for Lawyers in Harvard Law School (1998) and Course on Leading Professional Service Firms in Harvard Business School (2002).
