Dr. Roger Fry, President of King’s Group and Founder of King’s College, Madrid, and Sir Ivor Roberts, President of Trinity College, university of Oxford, signed a collaborative agreement in Madrid on 26th February. The aim of this agreement is to strengthen the educational and cultural relations between these two institutions.
The centre-piece of the agreement is the creation of the H.R.H. Infanta Margarita of Spain Scholarship which will allow a student of King’s Group – or of another student from Spain – to study at the University of Oxford. It is named after the Infanta in recognition of her outstanding contribution to educational and cultural relations between Britain and Spain.
